ARE YOU RESILIENT?

Resilient people are characterized by an ability to experience both negative and positive emotions even in difficult or painful situations. They mourn losses and endure frustrations, but they also find redeeming potential or value in most challenges. If you consider this strength then we would like you to become an MRT (Master Resiliency Trainer) or a RTA (Resiliency Trainer Assistance) to become a RTA you must attend a 3-day training class taught by one of Luke?s MRT?s.  Upon graduation you will receive a certificate and be a part of a team that generates RESILIENCY!

RTA classes are each month. If you?re interested in becoming a RTA please contact Sharon Kozak, Community Support Coordinator. or  6-2718.
